Responsibilities

Primary Roles and Responsibilities include (but are not be limited to):

Designing training modules from instructional blueprints, project plans, and statements of work.

Designing training-related job aids, handouts, flyers, and announcements (basic graphic design support for department).

Writing collaboratively with instructional designers and subject matter experts.

Building and maintaining a multimedia library (images, audio, etc.).

Advising other members of the team on all elements of visual design ? layout, typography, etc.

Providing rough storyboards of concepts and being able to explain thoughts and design approaches to non-designers.

Ensuring all training components adhere to established course development methodology.

Experimenting with new concepts, learning new skills, looking for opportunities to innovate an approach to training.
