Citadel Care Center, located east of Phoenix in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a PRN SLP to join our therapy team. We provide inpatient and outpatient settings and focus on adult and geriatric rehabilitation with a diverse mix of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Licensed Speech/Language Pathologist

Strong writing skills required for documentation of the care you provide
