Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for the UCLA Health Radiation Oncology services, and the Thoracic and Surgical Oncology licensed clinics. The Clinical Director reports to the Executive Director of Clinical Services, and is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising and coordinating management and administrative systems related to clinical components of the Department. The responsibilities are broad and diverse and include strategic planning and program development, personnel management, fiscal management, space allocation, capital equipment acquisition and facility renovations. The Clinical Director must ensure that all clinical activities are conducted according to the hospital’s mission to provide excellent patient care.
