Provide individual and group counseling to primary and secondary students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, including stress, anxiety, peer relationships, and academic difficulties. Develop and implement intervention strategies to support student mental health and academic success, collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a holistic approach to student well-being. Conduct assessments to identify students at risk. Lead social-emotional learning (SEL) team to build students' coping skills, emotional regulation, and interpersonal communication. Offer crisis intervention and de-escalation support, responding to students in acute distress and connecting them with appropriate resources.
