Responsibilities   The Ophthalmic Tech III provides technical ophthalmic and administrative assistance to the medical staff of Doheny Eye Center Pasadena and reports directly to the MSO II (Practice Manager).  The Ophthalmic Tech III is the lead technician and is the central point for overseeing patient care/patient flow for the Pasadena clinics by coordinating the ophthalmic support staff including technicians, imagers, hospital ophthalmic assistants, residents, and fellows. Provide technical assistance to physicians and back up imaging staff, as needed. Assist with special projects as delegated by Practice Manager.
